Short version: Safelow collects no data. Nothing you do in the app leaves your device.
None. Safelow has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and makes no network requests of its own. We cannot see anything you do in the app.
Safelow saves a few preferences on your device using the system's standard storage
(UserDefaults): your chosen palette, light/dark appearance, selected ink, auto-colour
setting, haptics and tilt toggles, and whether you've seen the first-time breathing note. These never
leave your device and are removed when you delete the app.
The optional one-time unlock is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. The app only reads, on your device, whether the unlock has been purchased.
The optional "tilt" effect uses the device's motion sensor while you're using the app. It is off by default, works entirely on-device, and is never stored or transmitted.
The "find support" link opens findahelpline.com, an independent crisis-line directory, in your browser. That site has its own privacy policy. Safelow sends it no information about you.
Safelow collects no data and is not directed at children.
Because Safelow processes no personal data, there is nothing to access, export, or delete on our side. Deleting the app removes the local preferences described above.
Safelow is a calming art experience, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it collects no health data.
